Bicycle's in The CommunityMemo To: All Residents of Canterbury Croft From: Anthony Brummans, Property Manager Date: May 24, 2017 RE: Kids riding their bicycle over the grass and down the hill behind buildings #21, #23 and #27, presumably as a shortcut to where they are going. Please be advised that the Canterbury Croft Board members have been made aware that there seems to be a small group of children that are using the grass hillside behind buildings #21, #23 and #27 as a shortcut to wherever they are heading in our community, or elsewhere. If you have children who are doing this, please inform them not to ride their bikes on the grass. If you have some information to share with us as to who it is, should it continue, please call the Management office so we can discuss the issue with the appropriate parent or guardian. On behalf of the Canterbury Croft Board members, and for those residents who live in these particular buildings, we thank you.
Welcome to Canterbury Croft at Village Shires
Canterbury Croft Community is a part of the Village Shires Community Association. We are seventy four townhouse units that occupy a valley at the cross roads of West Village Road and Pennington Place in the village of Holland, PA 18966.
In the late 1980s using award winning architecturally designed buildings, Canterbury Croft town-homes were built and the beautifully landscaped environment has continued to be maintained.
Our award winning buildings consist of nineteen buildings; eighteen buildings contain four units per building, with one having two units. Each unit has a private garage, and an outside landscaped walk way.
The streets all have sidewalks enabling residents to enjoy the flower beds while providing maximum privacy both day and night. The well-lit streets are lined with uniquely designed lamps atop classy lamp posts providing a welcoming atmosphere. Mailboxes are conveniently located within steps of the owner's/resident's unit.
